Lovely food. Worth booking in advance. 5 mins drive away. Also a watersports centre!

The Golden Lion is a pub with a lovely large beer garden overlooking Stithians Lake. There is a children's play area within the beer garden. At time of writing you need to book to sit inside but the beer garden work on a first come, first served basis. There is access to lovely walks around the lake from the pub

Fantastic setting backing onto the lake. Great hospitality and even better food. Check them out - they win awards!
