Visit this State Park for some old time history. Let the kids pan for gold or make a candle. Eat some old fashion candy or homemade ice cream. Ride a stage coach. Visit before or after your stay.

Historic Old town during gold rush days, preserved with stagecoach runs, ice cream parlor, theatre, candle shop, saloons and blacksmith, docents in period dress. Pan for gold in this State Park and try some sasparilla.

This Gold Rush town is beautiful. You can mine for Gold. The streets are for perfect for walking, it's safe for kids and has a stage coach ride (horse drawn Stage Coach) Lots of Restaurants- Park entrance is Free.
