$10 Day pass. Year round activities here. Beach, water sports, bicycling, swimming pool, paved trail to walk/jog/skate, par 3 golf / foot course. Ice fish, cross country ski, and ice skate in the winter.

Not even a mile away, check out metro park. You can swim in one of their big pools, use the splash pad, relax and boat watch, ride bikes, swim at the beach and much more.

Love walking around this metropark- you can see the Detroit city skyline from several spots along the walk. It can get VERY busy (its super family friendly with putt-putt golf, basketball courts, beaches, splash water parks, etc.), so if you are just going to walk and take in the scenery try it on a weekday or earlier in the morning!

Beautiful park with options for renting kayaks and paddle boards. Also has a boat launch, beach, waterpark, and great fishing spots

Park set right on the lake (with Canada on the other side). Golf course is also here - and beautiful area to enjoy the sunshine or relax on the beach!
