This is one of the best beaches anywhere. Famous for surfing, the rollers come crashing in to this huge expanse of sand. To the left of the beach there are some amazing rock pools and formations cut into the green slate. To the right there is a great view from the headland — or pop over to the secluded beach next door. Café and toilet facilities are available. No dogs allowed in the summer months.

Situated just on the edge of St David's is the popular Whitesands. Just a 15 minute drive, Whitesands is definitely worth a visit. We'd recommend stoping off at St David's too!!
