Ciro's Ristorante and Pizzeria was opened in 1966 by Anna and Jerry Mazzella. The Mazzellas moved to the desert after many years as owners and operators of successful Italian Restaurants in New Jersey. Over the years other family members joined in the growth of the business. The menu was developed by request of the customers, so everything that is available is tried and accepted over the many years.
