One of the top restaurants in the state, Wild Roots sources as much food locally and organic as possible. Full bar and new ownership has catapulted this restaurant to the top of the critic's choice. For real foodies with a big appetite.

We like to go here on special occasions. It has the feel of fine dining (by Vermont standards), with a farm-to-table twist. Amazing cheeseboards and charcuterie. Great wine list and cocktail menu featuring local spirits.
