Our flat is perfectly located just off the lively Broadway area and just a short walk from the beach, the old town and the train station. It is the perfect base for exploring everything that the town has to offer. Leigh on sea is a vibrant seaside town with plenty of eating/ drinking options and events. There is plenty of room for cooking, eating , gaming and relaxing on those days/ nights you would rather stay in and a courtyard suntrap of a garden. We have 2 parking spaces with the flat.

There are local amenities including a mini supermarket and a handful of restaurants right at the end of the road. Only a 10 min uber ride to Lakeside shopping center, where you will you can shop or enjoy restaurants, bars, and a large number of activities. Including Puttshack, Boom Battle Bar, Axe Throwing, Darts, Beer Pong, Shuffleboard and more.

Welcome to my charming 1-bedroom duplex, on the seafront. across the road from the beach, with views of the world's longest pleasure pier. Free parking. This cozy duplex is my beloved home, and I am happy to share it with respectful guests when I’m away. Double bedroom,open Plan Living room/kitchen. One bedroom ground floor flat with very peaceful garden. The property is lovely and cosy and has direct access to your very own garden. If you walk left when you exit the front door you will find yourself right at the beach. If you turn right you will come across an array of independent restaurants, bars and little bespoke shops selling their beautiful items. Please be aware this bathroom is been refurbished and from February will have a walk in shower not a bath.

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.

My place is at the heart of Leigh-on-Sea Old Town, with its cockle boats, waterside pubs and restaurants, sea birds and beach. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, and being at the cosy centre of a lively seaside village. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
