Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. This ground floor one bed apartment is perfect for romantic getaway with your partner, or if you are in town for work and you are looking for a home away from home. If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. All house trained dogs of all sizes welcome. EV charging points are NOT on premise. They are on street charging points.

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.

We are a 10 minute walk from the local theme park Chessington World of Adventures so perfect for a weekend away with the kids!
