All house trained dogs of all sizes welcome. EV charging points are NOT on premise. They are on street charging points.

Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. Locally, enjoy Nonsuch Park, perfect for walks and picnics, or take a short drive to the historic Hampton Court Palace.

Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Travel from Gatwick is very easy just take a train to Clapham Junction and then train to Tolworth Station. London Heathrow is accessible tube and train.
