The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

The Boathouse

We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches. Patriot's Point and parks are a short walk away. This is the closest residential neighborhood to Charleston that you will find in Mt Pleasant. ST240335 BL20139655

Welcome to our renovated, well appointed 1 bedroom apartment located in the Wagener Terrace neighborhood. You will have a king bed and the full kitchen has basic cooking supplies. Dedicated driveway in front leads to a private courtyard entrance. Our apartment is walkable to Lowndes Grove and Hampton Park. We are 1.5 miles from the start of "downtown". Generally, parking is not a problem, but lots of people choose to Uber or Lyft or ride Lime bikes. Owners live in the connected main house.

Welcome to our home! This space features a private entrance, its own garden patio and a newly renovated bathroom. We have decorated this fully furnished suite with thoughtful touches and provide a locals guide to dining and entertainment in the area. We are across the street from historic Charles Towne Landing, 5 miles from downtown Charleston, 8 miles from Magnolia Plantation, 12 miles from Folly Beach and 15 minutes from the airport. We are fully permitted by the city of Charleston.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. You may not want to leave! Feel free to go sit and have coffee or cocktails on the dock. PERMIT# OP2024-04998

Dream Catcher Carriage House Daniel Island

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license. King Suite / Private Entrance

Newly renovated guest suite on the upper Charleston Peninsula very close to Hampton Park and the Citadel Military College. Spacious, Comfortable, Quiet, has parking and is about a 13 minute drive to the Historic/business district or catch the free shuttle bus 3 blocks away. please note that the kitchenette area does not include a stove. Also note the stairs to the second floor location in case mobility is an issue.
