Enjoy this stylish one-bedroom, 2nd-floor villa located 100 yards from the beach on beautiful Kiawah Island. It has an 18-foot vaulted ceiling with a beautiful lagoon view from the screened porch. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, desk, walk-in closet, and a remodeled bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table for four. The villa also has a new queen-size sleeper sofa, hardwood floors throughout, a washer/dryer, and a dedicated parking space immediately in front of the building.

This is an 800 sq ft, ocean front, 1 bedroom/1 bath villa just steps away from the beach for a great escape! It offers ocean views on the deck, off of the open living area and from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances. The huge spa-like bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head, large shower head and a hand shower. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests with the queen sleeper sofa. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with an adjacent dining area that seats 10 with a the beautiful view of the beach.
