This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. It has a queen-sized bed, and the dining table converts to a full-sized bed. You'll have access to a comfortable firepit and seating area and a barbecue grill if you want to grill out.
