Great neighborhood, great carriage house. Listing is as described and communication from Craig was perfect. Sadly, my wife got sick last minute and wasn't able to join me here. The only amenity she was sad about then she booked it was that there is only a shower, no tub. We couldn't tell from pics or description but we verified before renting. Great shower, just a bit short on hot water for immediate back-to-back showers. Comfy bed and great extras like coffee & even some creamer in the fridge. I'm big on coffee, so this was a big win for me. The only other small negative is that the seating isn't really conducive to truly relaxing. A different couch and ottoman would be a much welcomed upgrade. It was cute hearing their little ones play in a bouncy house outside in their yard. They weren't too loud at all and they weren't out there much...though it wouldn't have bothered me if they had been. I can really tell that lots of love and time has gone into ensuring this is something special.

This place was an amazing stop for my weekend vacation to Atlanta. Perfect location to do all my favorite things.

Always love staying here. Great, quiet neighborhood. Clean, well appointed, comfortable space. Our favorite place to stay in buckhead.
