We had the most relaxing and restorative weekend at Nathan’s cabin. It was cloudy and drizzly all weekend and we felt cozy in the cabin with all the fireplaces, looking out at the redwoods in the mist. We soaked in the hot tub as if in a dream adoring the changing leaves and spiderwebs laces with rain drops. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you could ever need. Nathan provides everything from firewood to every kind of baking sheet. He was also very generous in his communications.

We had a lovely stay. The house is incredibly well outfitted. The kitchen has all the tools possibly needed. We were traveling with an infant and made great use of the high chair and pack-n-play. Hot tub is great and in such incredible surroundings. The area was a little steep with a baby so we opted to drive around. The house is close to quick stops in Monte Rio and a short drive to Guerneville. Nathan was super communicative and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

We have stayed in many short term rentals and this is one of the very best. It was spotless (especially for a dog friendly property) and was very well equipped. Nathan was extremely responsive and proactively offered us a very early check in which was much appreciated. If your looking for a great property in a great location - this is the place! We will certainly be back in the future.

This is my third time staying at Nate’s place, and it never disappoints. Such a magical spot, and we were so lucky to get perfect weather so we could lay in the hammock circled by the magnificent redwood trees.
