Never book accommodation with this host. I never got into the apartment I paid for.

I had agreed with the host in advance, both by text messages and by phone, that he would pick me and my son up from Fiumincino airport and take me back to the transit flight. We had agreed that I would pay an extra 40 euros for transportation. Arriving late at night at the airport in Rome, I called the host and he told me that he couldn't pick us up because his car broke down. When I said I could take a taxi and asked where I could get the key to the apartment, he said he wouldn't bring the key and I should find a hotel - in the middle of the night! Finally, he warned me not to go to his apartment and breaking down the door. Like I would ever do something like that! He treated me like I was a criminal.

When my wife from Finland tried to call him and talk with him about the situation, he didn't pick up the calls anymore. As well he didn't pick up my calls anymore.

er hat Katzen in der Wohnung. war nicht angekündigt und ist nicht für jeden Gast akzeptabel. Auch war die Wohnung ziemlich schmutzig und unrein.

Awful place/terrible experience. The place was dirty and stinky, there are 4 cats that nobody told us about, I have allergic reaction on them, the bathroom was broken, water was ice cold, when I said about it to host, he promised to fix everything but unfortunately nothing happened and changed, because of that we got sick(fever), we needed to boil water, one night I slept in different room, because my friend had fever, he texted me, he was rude and asking questions, who, why, explain, and asked to pay extra money said because it's protocol, I left my charger in that room, he closed the room so I couldn't reach it, he said to me that he will get it, but no, I asked him to compensate but he didn't want to, also some of my things dissappeared(vanished), the door locks were a disaster, it took us so much time to open and close the doors, they gave us the keys, every single day we needed to leave them at the café downstairs, which I don't understand. A lot to say. Horrible. Disappointed.

Andrea è stato molto gentile e ha fatto il possibile, il problema è l'alloggio che, forse, non è ancora adatto a ospitare. Il bagno è quasi inesistente, doccia non agile, senza acqua casa. presenza di gattini, che erano molto carini, ma non segnalati e forse non è il caso di lasciare quattro gattini per caso con l'arrivo di ospiti.
