This location is beautiful, it’s peaceful and the host is responsive and flexible. A downside is the vegetation outside brings in a lot of critters indoors. Also, we could not use the pool because it was not clean.

Excelente casa, en la mejor ubicación de la Floresta en Ajijic, la alberca calientita, excelentes muebles y acabados de la propiedad. Super recomendable. La atención de Filiberto es excelente, siempre al pendiente y también buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes y amenidades en la zona. Seguramente volveremos.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood! But the outside area needs upgrades and attention.
We were not able to use the pool - it was very very dirty and cold. The walled garden area has only one very old dirty lounge chair, a rusted BBQ and an uncomfortable table and chairs. There is a washer but no dryer.
There are two bedrooms in the house. The third bedroom is in a small building along the garden wall and not attached to the house.
There is excellent weekly maid service which we paid the maid directly.
The water is not drinkable so you will need to set up water delivery with the hosts and pay the water company on delivery.

The hosts were very kind and answered questions or requests very quickly. A nice play to stay but would have benefited from having laundry facilities
